Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the item and the delivery location. Smaller items like décor pieces will generally cost less to ship, while larger items such as furniture require specialised freight and are priced accordingly. You’ll see the shipping cost calculated at checkout based on your order and address.
We’re based in Auckland and deliver nationwide using reliable freight partners. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
When your item arrives, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage, please contact shop@limitededition.co.nz within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
If you’d prefer, you may collect your order from our warehouse. Orders will be ready 1-3 days after we have received your order. Please ensure you will be available to collect within 7 days of the date it is ready for collection. Have your order number ready so our warehouse staff can help you when you arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you choose. If you change your mind, store credit is available at our discretion for regular items returned in original condition within 7 days.
Proof of purchase is required and make sure your items haven’t been used or assembled. Returns must be pre-approved.
For furniture returns, a 10% restocking fee applies to cover administrative and logistics costs, and store credit will be issued. This policy may also apply to pre-orders that have not yet shipped. All furniture must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition.
All Outlet sales are final. These pieces are discounted because they may be end-of-line, samples, or have small faults. Please choose carefully and feel free to ask questions before buying. We want you to know exactly what to expect.
Pricing and Payment Information
All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Payment is required at the time of purchase to complete your order.

Store Visit Information
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to visit our stores in Newmarket and Wairau, Auckland. We’re open 7 days a week, from 10am to 5:30pm, and you can browse our latest collections and in-store deals.
